This spell conjures a bird spirit to act as the spellcaster’s spy.
The spellcaster whistles a lively song and makes a Spellcasting (10) test.
If successful, they summon a bird spirit to use with their Orbiting Spy talent.
The spellcaster can issue mental commands to the spirit, which it follows to the best of its ability. However, the spirit will only observe and not interact with the surroundings. The spellcaster can use the spirit’s senses to see and hear as a Simple action, using their Orbiting Spy Step for Perception tests.
The servitor has a Movement Rate of 16 (flying) and has a Detection Difficulty of the spellcaster’s Orbiting Spy Step.
Attacks cause the bird spirit to immediately flee. If it takes damage, the spell immediately ends.
